They are Stacy Herbert who is behind the “Orange Pill Podcast” and Max Keiser who is known for crashing the price of Coca-Cola after exposing the company’s unethical actions. Max Keiser is not really a bitcoin maxi and he is also the founder of MaxCoin (MAX).
It all started with the cursed tweet from Elon Musk who declared that Tesla would no longer accept bitcoin payments because it would consume too much energy (see article on bitcoin pollution).
Immediately, the price of bitcoin took a big hit and a few days later, the Chinese declaration to ban cryptocurrencies had just announced with a bang a new brutal depreciation of the BTC price.
In short, some people then had the idea of creating the token "Fuck Elon" to show their annoyance at the fact that Elon could blow hot and cold on the markets.
