La Santorini Halving Party is scheduled to take place on April 13, 2024 at the picturesque “Castro Hotel Achilleos” in Kamari, Santorini. This idyllic location provides the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable celebration of this new milestone in bitcoin history.
Initiated and organized by Greek entrepreneur and author George Saoulidis, the founder of “Love is Bitcoin”, the Santorini Halving Party aims to be a memorable event to bring together bitcoiners from around the world. For him, “the social element is just as important as the technical element and the hardware running the Bitcoin protocol”.
He specified that this was the very first edition of the “Halving Party” and that he had surrounded himself with friends working in events to create such a conference focused more on people. “I believe that the social part has developed enough to handle such cultural events, and this is demonstrated by the fact that there are more than 40 parties (larger or smaller) celebrating halving around the world. “It’s time to celebrate what we love,” he added.
Parties and activities in Santorini Halving Party
The organizers of the Santorini Halving Party, Love Is Bitcoin, have designed and organized various workshops related to Bitcoin to satisfy as many people as possible.

Tickets and accommodation
Tickets for the Santorini Halving Party are exclusively available on site LoveIsBitcoin. Prime tickets include a two-night accommodation package, ensuring a comfortable stay during the event. The ticket price is €349 with access to the festival and all activities.
However, please note that transportation, ferry services and other transfers are not included in the ticket price. It is advisable to reserve your tickets in advance, as availability may be limited.
The “European Halving Party”, in Warsaw, Poland
The European Halving Party will bring together bitcoiners in Warsaw on April 19 and 21, 2024. Many conferences are planned with workshops across the city. There will be bus tours, workshops in bars, evenings and parties in nightclubs and other festive events around Bitcoin. Film screenings will also be planned in partnership with BitcoinFilmFest.
