How to install MetaMask on your browser?

When you have entered your password, a new screen will appear. You will see a sequence of 12 words in a row. This is your private key, it is essential to save this sequence of words in a secure location. Copy the sentence somewhere (on a USB key for example, a secure notebook, etc.).

This is the only way to recover your MetaMask account if you uninstall the app or log in on another computer. Never share your private key because it is with this key that your funds can be accessed.

Now you can send or receive ETH. For example, if you purchased ETH on coinbase with your credit card, you can send it to this MetaMask address.

How to recover your tokens from an ICO or Airdrop? 

Then, add your token information (token Contract Address or the symbol).

You can find even more information on the Ethplorer website. Most importantly, you can see whether or not you have received any tokens.

Do a search for example in the right bar. Enter the name of the token in question to find the necessary information.
