Well, today we're going to tell you about a game that seems more feminine than the others. Is the target women? No one knows it but the title is evocative and so is the logo. You understood: we are going to talk to you today about My neighbor Alice (My neighbor Alice in translation).
It’s a highly anticipated gamefi game because it’s been over a year since the token was released on Binance Launchpad and the player's eagerness for some is felt!
The good news is that according to the roadmap, from 2022, we will be able to create an avatar and start playing. In the meantime, we can still invest if we believe in the project.

Presentation of My neighbor Alice
My Neighbor Alice is a game developed by the video game studio Antler Interactive. He is known for having developed Virtual Reality (VR) games such as Survive: The Deus Helix and Kartong.
However, the studio has not developed a virtual reality game with My Neighbor Alice. Instead, they used the Chromia platform to benefit from the advanced features of DeFi in the game.
The team is led by Anna Norevick, CEO of Antler Interactive and graduate of BSc Business and Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics and in Computer Science from KTH University.
That said, the game's developer team made it clear in its white paper that the game is aimed at the general public, and not necessarily cryptocurrency enthusiasts.
The game itself is very close in concept to Animal Crossing and Minecraft (yes, yes). We find ourselves in an imaginary Lummelunda archipelago where humans coexist with animals. Alice, the heroine lives on the island with her friends Bjorn the bear and Bob, the beekeeper, Ivan, the grocer/merchant and José, the carpenter.
The Lummelunda Archipelago is the space where much of the gameplay will take place. There will be
approximately 100 lands available in the game spread across 000 different islands (Snowflake Island, Medieval Plains, Lummestad (the main town), Nature's Rest, Sandy Coast and Submerged Island's).

How the Alice game works
The game is based on the use of the ERC-20 token: ALICE.
Of course, players want to earn ALICE tokens to earn money. They then have to participate in competitions, sell NFTs on the marketplace, etc.
The more experience a player has, the more ALICE tokens he will be able to accumulate. Indeed, depending on the players' levels, they will have access to more or less rare NFTs.
The ALICE token also allows its holders to participate in the governance process. They can then decide on the use of revenue, stages of game development, partnerships and other elements of the game.
How will players earn money?
As we told you, the Earn to play type of game allows players to earn money. There are three main ways to win at the game.
Staking: Staking will encourage players to keep their tokens at the start of game development, when certain game features are still under development. This will also allow players to earn tokens in a simple way.
The NFT guarantee: When a user purchases NFTs, a percentage of the purchase price is paid into a special collateral account associated with the NFT. The user then has the option to sell it back to the system (i.e. destroy the NFT) for the price equivalent to the blocked collateral (or a percentage thereof).
Rental of NFTs : Again, a good plan for passive income. You can rent NFTs to other players and regularly earn tokens.
Understanding Chromia
As we told you above, the game was developed on the Chromia blockchain. This allows for better interactions between the Ethereum and Chromia platforms, for example. Indeed, Chromia can be used as layer 2 of Ethereum.
This happens when a user purchases NFT on the system. For example, a percentage of the purchase price can go into a collateral pool associated with NFT. The user can then sell it back to the system for the price equivalent to the guarantee. This ensures that the value of the NFT cannot fall below a certain threshold, allowing users to take out a loan using NFTs as collateral.
How to start playing My neighbor Alice
The game is not yet officially available (it will apparently be released in 2022) but you can sign up for the waiting list. That said, the game is already listed on Steam and is scheduled for release in Spring 2022.
Here are the steps to follow to own ALICE tokens:
- Own the MetaMask wallet if you didn't have it or download it.
- Install Binance Smart Chain Network and Add the address of the ALICE token.
- Players must pre-wash purchase ALICE tokens (by making a deposit in euros and then converting them into USDT or BTC). You can buy Alice tokens by going to "Spot market" for example and finding the corresponding pair.
- Type in the search bar “ALICE USDT” (for example) and select “market order” to buy at the market price and click buy ALICE.
- Now you can withdraw your ALICE tokens and send them to your metamask wallet (on the Binance smart chain).
- Finally, connect your MetaMask to deposit the required amount of ALICE tokens.
- For transaction fees, send some BNB to your Metamask wallet, too.
From there, you will be ready to sign up for the My Neighbor Alice game.
Here are the steps to follow to pre-register for Alice:
- Go to the site https: //market.myneighboralice.com/
- Click on “Early Access”.
- There, you will need to connect your Metamask Wallet to the site.
- You will be asked to create a Chromia Wallet if you don't already have one. Write down your 12 words from your SEED key securely. It's your private wallet and only you will have access to it!
- Next, you will be asked to “sign” the creation (involving BNB fees)
- You will be asked to enter your email address in which we will send you a password (which you will have to enter later).
- There, you can deposit 1 ALICE (also plan for BNB fees).
- You can add your land ID if you have one. Otherwise, skip this step
- Well done! You are now registered! You will receive an email when the game is available!
Here are the steps to own land on Alice and participate in the Lottery
The developers thought about creating lotteries before the game launched to give everyone (and not just those who can afford to buy thousands of tokens) a fair chance to own land.
In lotteries, the number of plots to distribute is 1000 and the cost for each plot is 50 Alice tokens.
It seems to be a very good price, even before the game is released.
You should know that to qualify for a lottery ticket, you will need 50 ALICE for your first deposit.
However, to increase your chances, it is also preferable to stack ALICE or CHR tokens. Indeed, for 20 CHR stacked, you have 1 ticket per day and for 1 ALICE, you have 1.

Since the game hasn't been released yet, we can't do any real testing on how to play.
