BitcoinFérence will take place in Marseille on February 2, 2024

There are more and more meet-ups related to Bitcoin in France. This is a good thing, which clearly demonstrates the growing interest in the sector in France. The welcoming city of Marseille is not lacking and also hosts major events in the ecosystem.

If you want a friendly event around bitcoin and cryptocurrencies, the second edition of BitcoinFérence will satisfy you. Organized by paymium et Wallcrypt, This is a round table open to the public, which brings together individuals and professionals, to discuss and debate about Bitcoin and related themes.

The Bitcoinference opens with the screening of a ten-minute animated film intended to explain bitcoin to the most novice. A good introduction to the subject if you do not (yet) have any knowledge on the subject.

The event which will take place in the Artplexe Canebière cinema on February 2, 2024 begins at 17:45 p.m. and ends at 22:30 p.m. around a cocktail.

Program for the 2nd edition of the Bitcoinference

• 17:45 p.m.: Doors open to the public.
• 18:00 p.m.: Start of the table in the presence of the speakers.
  • Screening of the animated film to understand what Bitcoin is
    
• 20:00 p.m.: Cocktail at the restaurant “Les Réformés”, on the panoramic terrace of the Artplexe Canebière. An aperitif and drinks will be served to participants.
• 22:30 p.m.: End of the event

Speakers at the Bitcoinference in Marseille

Among the speakers of the event, you will have the opportunity to hear Pierre Noizat, the CEO and founder of paymium. The company is one of the first crypto companies created in France, which allows professionals and individuals to buy cryptocurrencies, from just 1 euro, in a simple way.

There will also be Laurent Henocque, CEO and founder of the company Keeex which has developed technology that allows companies to make documents verifiable and traceable on a blockchain.

Finally, among the speakers, Nathalie Janson, professor of finance and economics will also be present. Holder of a doctorate in economics, Nathalie Janson regularly publishes her research concerning monetary policies, the question of banking regulation with a specific focus on the integration of cryptocurrencies.

The round table will be moderated by Claudia Lomma, blockchain consultant and podcast co-producer Techno Impact, which provides a better understanding of investments in cryptocurrencies and NFTs.
